RapidDismiss Subprocessors

RapidDismiss uses the following third-party service providers and subprocessors to deliver and support its services. This list identifies only verified providers currently used by the published RapidDismiss application and connected services.
Base44, Inc.
Purpose: Application hosting, database storage, authentication, file storage, backend functions, real-time application services, and platform infrastructure.
Categories of Information Processed: School, staff, student, dismissal, account, and application information.
Processes Student Information: Yes
Privacy Policy: Base44 Privacy Policy
Data Processing Addendum: Contact Base44 directly for their Data Processing Addendum and subprocessor documentation.
File and record deletion: Base44 allows application records and user-associated records to be deleted. Deleted database records may remain recoverable for up to 30 days before permanent removal. RapidDismiss removes references to uploaded files from the active application when school data is deleted. Base44 Support may be able to assist with removing any remaining stored files on a case-by-case basis. Cached copies may remain briefly accessible until the content delivery network cache clears.
Backup and platform details: Additional backup, restoration, deletion, and subprocessor information is governed by Base44's Data Processing Addendum, subprocessor documentation, and published data-handling practices.
Stripe, Inc.
Purpose: Payment processing, subscription management, billing portal, and billing webhooks.
Categories of Information Processed: School billing contacts, payment tokens, transaction and subscription information. Stripe does not receive student roster information through RapidDismiss.
Processes Student Information: No

Google LLC
Purpose: Google sign-in and transactional email through Gmail (Google Workspace).
Categories of Information Processed: Staff or administrator identity and email information, authentication information, and billing or account communications. Google does not receive student roster information through these features.

Changes to This List
RapidDismiss may update this list when providers are added or removed. Schools will be notified of material changes through normal communication channels.
