Free Trial and Subscription Information

RapidDismiss offers a free 30-calendar-day trial. No credit card is required to begin the trial. When the trial ends, access to the application is paused until the school enters a payment method and purchases a subscription. The school’s existing setup is retained if it subscribes. RapidDismiss sends email reminders and displays an in-application warning bar before a trial or subscription ends. Administrators can cancel the school’s subscription through the account settings without calling customer support.

Subscription, Renewal, and Cancellation

RapidDismiss subscriptions are billed annually and renew automatically unless cancelled. Administrators may cancel through School Settings → License. Cancellation turns off automatic renewal, and the school retains access through the end of its current paid subscription period. Payments for annual subscriptions are generally nonrefundable and are not prorated for unused time, except where required by law or expressly approved by RapidDismiss.
